Share The Lake is a public awareness campaign created by lakesiders to ensure all recreational users have fair and \
equal access to the beautiful natural resources of the Big Rideau Lake.

As the largest lake in Eastern Ontario, the Big Rideau attracts many recreational users. All make an impact – some more – some less than others.

This website is designed to create a community of like-minded neighbours who understand that everyone has the right to access and recreate on the lake provided it is done in a respectful manner and does not unreasonably infringe on someone else’s personal enjoyment.

As a community based organization, thank you to all the volunteers and neighbours who invest time and commitment into this initiative.
